Shipping Policies

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Here’s how we ship:

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail (2–3 business days), UPS, or FedEx within the United States.
  • All orders are shipped from our Las Vegas warehouse.
  • Please allow 1 additional business day for handling and packing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, we use FedEx Express and DHL services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return, please review the following:

  • Return Window: You have 21 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.
    • Items must have been purchased directly from Viverano.com. For purchases made through retail partners, returns must be handled with the store where the item was purchased.

Return Shipping

  • If you purchased Returns Coverage during checkout, your return shipping will be covered.
  • If not, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Start the process through our Return Portal for the quickest resolution.

Delivery Confirmation & Lost Package Policy

At Viverano, we work hard to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier and the tracking confirms it has reached the specified address, we are unable to accept responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery service for its whereabouts.
  2. If you still cannot locate it, please contact our customer support team. While we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will do our best to assist you.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the item to themselves to present later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of the return.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • If rejected, we will notify you with details of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared in your account yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refund processing can take several business days.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Shipping Tracking & Insurance

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking or proof of shipment.
